New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo revealed the gift on Saturday and said respiratory equipment would arrive in the city later today. He said at a press conference, "China has given us ... a donation of 1,000 fans that will arrive at JFK (international airport) today. This is a big problem - it will make a big difference for us.
