Step 2: Determining Outcomes Purpose of Determining Outcomes • Outcomes provide smaller steps towards acquiring the standard – often lesson/unit specific • Outcomes let the students know what is expected of them Selecting Outcome (Learning & Prioritize) - Refer to a lesson or a unit objective(s),

Students Name: Patrick Bond Age: 8 Grade Level: 3 Multiple Disability Speech and Language Delay Cerebral Palsy Gross and Fine Motor Skills Has mostly provided with functional skills by the teachers. His attendance: missed school often due to illness. Shows interest in using computer software called “Barnyard” to listen to music after pressing his favorite animal (prefer to use computer instead of completing other tasks). He is able to orally request for what he wants. He is able to sing the ABC’S including all letters. He is able to name familiar pictures such as animals. Accommodation provided: pictures, switches, teacher’s assistance Specific challenges that the student has in reaching grade-level mastery: Need to be consistent with using grade level materials for Reading.
