The solution is a multilingual online community to be used by runners as an ongoing site. The site is a practical planning tool for runners - the place where runners can publish their running routes and invite other runners to run with them. The functionality allows runners to organize and join running clubs and communities that can create their own spaces to plan and organise their running activities. Solution The developed application consists of two parts: • The part of the system is a driver emulating the work of GPS receiver. • Another part of the system is responsible for scanning, defining of coordinates and recording of access points into the server database. Type of testing completed Functionality, stress, load, usability, compatibility. Challenge Necessity to test application through a wide range of devices. Tough requirements to GPRS connection were set. Solution GPRS connection with the required capacity was emulated within the QA Lab. Specific devices were purchased. Effort Over 1500 man/hours Team 1 Sr. test engineer, 2 testers, 1 Project Manager Result The portal was successfully tested and launched into the mobile market.
