  4. Criteria • Audit Criteria • 22 questions on the Pretreatment Audit relate to Pollution Prevention • Efforts for Outreach • Results • Gallons, dollars, kwHr • Level of effort • Staffing etc..

  5. Regional Results 2008 P2 Challenge Applicants • 8.5 million gallons/year Water conserved • 37 thousand pounds/year Hazardous waste Reduced • 204,000 kwh/yr • 184,000 pound of Hazardous Materials eliminated • $700,000 Saved!

  6. Next Year • Can apply on-line • Posted at pretreatment assoc. website • More notification • 3 months or so • Leadership recognition • Don’t have to win to be recognized • Reviewers will be drafted from past recipients
