  19. Connection Outlets

  20. Connection Outlets • There are two panels located at the front of each litigant table with connection outlets for internet, power, display, and audio. (see arrows)

  21. Laptop Connection • Connect your vga cord to your laptop and to the “computer” outlet. • Digital video from laptop will appear on monitor displays, but does not get recorded (can be recorded as multiple still images)

  22. Laptop Connection (Continued) • Audio can be recorded if played from laptops. • If you have audio with an exhibit, you will need to connect to the audio feed, located beside the monitor connection.

  26. Elmo • If you are not using a computer, you can place documents on the Elmo to be viewed on the courtroom monitors. (You will have to change each page for it to be displayed). • Letters • Forms • Rules and Laws • Other paper • Best for physical, non-paper evidence!

  30. Policy Alert! Documents presented during an in-person proceeding or produced as a result must be uploaded into the online system ALJ will submit through the system a Notice of Hearing Record that details evidence and pleadings considered
