Lead Partners Responsibilities • City of Turin will be leading the project and will be the sole contact point for the Secretariat • A formal contract (Subsidy Contract) between the Managing Authority and the Lead Partner outlines the responsibilities of each. • Lead Partner has a contract between itself and project partners – Joint Convention – this needs to be completed before any ERDF funds can be refunded • Responsible for all reporting and claiming of ERDF and storing data for the audit trail – Presage system • Responsible for using the on line reporting system of URBACT PRESAGE to claim ERDF • Responsible for general coordination and management of the network

Project partner Responsibilities Joint Convention outlines all the responsibilities of the Project Partners: • Assist the Lead Partner in implementation of the project in line with the application • Support the lead partner in drawing up reports on time • Keep separate accounts of transactions relating to the project – audit trail – 3 years after programme complete (2012) • Notify Lead Partner of any changes
