  4. Implementation Plan The Implementation Plan (IP) development for the fiscal year is complete and is being used as a tool to monitor and organize projects. The IP tasking groups are shown in the Work Progress Summary at the beginning of this document. It is updated as an internal document weekly and reported quarterly. Presently, FL CURED is on schedule for all taskings except for the first Health Disparities Research Follow On Meeting.

Health Disparities Research Follow-on Meetings At the last HDR planning call on November 15, 2010 it was decided that at least the first follow-on meeting would address the issue of research priorities in more depth. CURED staff are currently working to determine the ideal structure and timing for follow-on meetings within budgetary constraints. The Planning Committee will meet in late January to finalize plans for FM1 and topics for FMs 2 and 3 (if different from topic of FM 1).
