The European Network of Renal Care AssociationsENRCA The European Network of Renal Care Associations (ENRCA) project was set up in 2002 by the EDTNA/ERCA, in conjunction with a number of National Associations, to provide a means of collaborating on specific projects. The main idea behind it was to form a multi-cultural organisation that will have a voice at a European level. It was hoped that this will help raise the profile of Nephrology Nursing on an international level and highlight the fact that it is a branch of nursing, which requires special skills and training.
