  2. Agrupa las asociaciones de vecinos de la ciudad que libremente se quieren vincular. Nació en el año 1979, pero no se legalizó hasta el año 1987.Fue declarada de interés político municipal el año 1990.

ASOCIACIONES DE VECINOS FEDERADAS:Arraona i els Merinals-Can Gambús, Campoamor,Can Deu, Ca n'Oriac, Can Puiggener, Can Rull, el Centre Creueta, la Concòrdia, Covadonga, la Creu Alta, la Creu de Barberà, l'Eixample, la Plana del Pintor, el Poblenou de la Salut, la Rambla Centre, Sol i Padrís, la Serra d'en Camaró, les Termes, Torreguitart, el Torrent del Capellà y Torre-romeu.

  4. En el año 1993 se creó el Servei de Defensa del Consumidor i Usuari de Sabadell (SEDECU).SEDECU es una asociación de consumidores y usuarios, sin ánimo de lucro, jurídicamente independiente, que tiene como objetivo la defensa de los derechos de los consumidores y usuarios. Son socios colectivos las 21 asociaciones de vecinos federadas a la Federació d'Associacions de Veïns de Sabadell.  Son socios individuales, todas las personas físicas mayores de edad que lo soliciten.
