Stomach ulcers. By: Safiya Ibrahim 7A. Acids are when they’re below PH7 (1-6). An alkali is when its above PH7 (8-14). When something contains or has acid then the colour will change to either yellow to red. If something contains or has alkalis then the colour changes from purple to blue.

  2. Acids are when they’re below PH7 (1-6). An alkali is when its above PH7 (8-14). When something contains or has acid then the colour will change to either yellow to red. If something contains or has alkalis then the colour changes from purple to blue. What is acid and Alkali?

  3. Acids and alkalis link to stomach ulcers because stomach ulcers is when the stomach, or part of the stomach has a lot of acid and can get very painful. Ulcers can get caused or worsened by drugs such as aspirin. Stomach Ulcers

  4. About one out of 10 Americans suffer from Stomach Ulcer because of all the fat they eat. Also because of smoking, alcohol and so on. Stomach Ulcer fact

  5. Mostly adults are the ones that get stomach ulcers, yet also children. Stomach Ulcer

  6. Stomach ulcers can form when acids or bacteria gets through the sensitive lining in the stomach. That causes the acid or bacteria to start irritating the lining which cause ulcers. How do stomach ulcers form?

  7. Stomach ulcer is also like stress. Ulcer means sore, as in an open painful wound. Stomach ulcers can cause burning stomach pain. Stomach Ulcer

  8. Kids don’t usually get stomach ulcers. They’re mostly common to happen in adults. This mostly happens from bacteria. This discovery was made from 2 doctors (Barry Marshall and Robin Warren). Stomach Ulcer
