Dictation Process • A web-based portal application will be provided to each physician where they can upload the audio files for transcription and download the transcribed letters once the transcription process is completed. • The audio files uploaded by the physician will be downloaded automatically by our software and sent to our server from where the files will then be assigned for the transcription department who will process the audio files. The processed files will be uploaded to the physician. • The physician can check his file status, i.e. if the files are in progress or if the files have been completed at any time from our web based portal. • Transcripts will be delivered within 24 hours from the time the audio files are received. A 12-hour turnaround time is provided for the Emergency files.

Transcription Process • The audio files received will be allotted to the Transcriptionists, who type the documents. • The transcribed documents are proofread by Quality Analysts. • The files from Quality Analysts are sent to Finishing Department where the formatting will be verified. • The verified documents from the Finishing Department will uploaded to the web portal.
