THE NEW FACE OF INDIA ! • Great nations are identified by their historical and architectural structures. • A network of SeaCities Surat, Mumbai, Goa, Mangaluru, Kochi, Kolkata, proposed by MIPL , along the 7517 km coastline of India purports to give India a new identity. •  The SeaCity is proposed to take shape off the Indian Ocean, like in Dubai , Hong Kong and the vertical and satellite cities of Singapore. • SeaCity purports to be the most attractive Business, Investment and Tourism destination in the world to be developed in the 70-100 sq.km region. • SeaCity will present a panoramic view from the sea and the space.India needs to tap the huge SeaCity potential on her long coastline expanding boundries and creating harmony. • MIPL is passionate about bringing Global Lifestyle, Corporate and Tourism hub through SeaCity poject on the world map. • The MIPL India has devised a plans to design and develop SeaCities extending the boundries. • An exclusive, numero uno, iconic urban design and structure, delivering a world class living, working and eco-friendly environment.

Mumbai SeaCity • Mumbai SeaCity will be Located at 18 deg. 47’ N and 72 Deg. 50’ E. • 15 Minutes drive from Mumbai, JNPT Uran and Navi Mumbai International Airport and 1 hour from Goa. • SeaCity will elevate living standard of people and will bring the world more closer than before without any obstruction to nearby existing infrastructure. • Being an International City MIPL India recommend Government of India to declare Mumbai SeaCity as autonomous and independent governing body i.e. Declare Mumbai SeaCity as Union territory. • We plan to build the Tallest Tower with 200 floors creating world record, Tourist Destination, Epicentre of Financial Investment, Business Centre, environment friendly and financially self sustained SeaCity of the world.

SeaCity • In close vicinity of world class metrocity, top most financial hub of the world and well connected with world cities by Air and by Sea. • The geography of Metro cities limits the expansion, required to accelerate the financial growth trajectory on the world map. • Annually 30 million domestic and foreign tourists visit Mumbai. To increase mass tourism in Mumbai to 50 Million tourist, the existing coastline of 80 kms. is not sufficient. • The MIPL India devised a plans to design and develop artificial SeaCity which will increase the coastline by additional 80 kms.
