Not solely a hotel complex, here you’ll find the ever popular Aquaventure Waterpark and Aquaventure Beach, 1.4km of pristine sand and two immaculate swimming pools. There are numerous waterslides, a 1.6km river ride, wave generator and family friendly snorkelling. As the shopping mecca of the world, the Emirate’s favourite pastime is easy to partake in. Albeit not the largest (that’s Dubai Mall), the infamous Mall of the Emirates is better described as a resort, with 466 stores, a 14 screen cinema, theme park and ski slope. For water experiences that don’t require togs, experience the jaw dropping Dubai Fountain on the 30-acre Burj Lake, it’s the world’s tallest performing fountain. Or you could take a plane over ‘The world’ – a manmade archipelago comprising 300 islands in the shape of the earth’s continents. Still a work in progress, it’s best to view this one from the air. Those missing cooler climates will appreciate the Olympic sized ski rink, complete with skating lessons and indoor snowfall. If that’s not enough sub-zero fun for you, head to Ski Dubai, in the Mall of the Emirates. With 22,500 square metres of indoor ski terrain, five slopes and toboggan runs, you’ll get to throw snowballs and even explore an ice cave. There are souqs for every type of forager, from gold to spices, and the experience is unmissable. Abu Dhabi also has its own handful of shiny and immaculate malls, which all provide respite from the desert heat. And for the ultimate in retail therapy, enhance your shopping experience with a Dubai shopping tour – organised and fuss-free. To escape the Abu Dhabi heat, head to Yas Waterworld. Enjoy hair- raising waterslides, or simply wade in the cooling pools. For the motorsport enthusiasts head to Abu Dhabi's Ferrari World; the first Ferrari-branded theme park on the planet. 2

Dubai and Abu Dhabi roll into the seemingly never-ending Arabian Desert and it is here dusty and windblown sand makes mile upon mile of stark nothingness. But it’s an emptiness of beauty; deep red and fiery. Barely a week goes by in the Emirates without some sort of crowd-pleasing festival occurring. From camel racing and camel polo, to internationally prestigious sporting events, it’s a non-stop calendar of celebration. The rule of thumb in the UAE is that when something’s first built, it's big, then someone else comes along and builds an even bigger masterpiece. Such levels of competition result in mega structures and daring skyscrapers. Buildings such as the Burj Khalifa and the Burj Al Arab have been defining Dubai’s world famous skyline for decades; a spectacle whether you’re seeing it for the first time or the fiftieth. The annual Dubai food festival showcases the hugely diverse culinary flavours found in the UAE. Held in February, which thankfully is “winter” (temps from 15-25 degrees) the festival kicks off with the popular Beach Canteen. While over in Abu Dhabi, you'd be a fool to miss the annual Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, held on the famed Yas Marina Circuit. This is where you can experience the world's only twilight race. Experience an unforgettable desert night safari and travel by 4WD into a secret desert location, bumping and rolling through towering dunes on what feels like a desert roller coaster. Partake in camel rides and sand boarding (and a few downhill rolls if you’d like) before a barbecue and shisha under a starlit sky. Take your camera for the impressive sunset, and equally impressive belly dancers. And for something even more unique, stay until morning on a memorable overnight safari. Take extra thick blankets and your camera for the startling desert sunrise. From Dubai, you're only an hour and forty minutes drive from Abu Dhabi, and they’re not short on incredulous architecture either. Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque accommodates 41,000 worshippers, boasts 80 marble domes, over 1000 pillars and four 107 metre- high minarets, and if that doesn’t bedazzle you, Capital Gate definitely will. Dubai may have the world’s tallest, but this skyscraper leans semi unnervingly 18° to the west. From food to fashion, Dubai shopping festival (26 December 2016 - 28 January 2017) is the largest shopping and entertainment event in the Middle East. 3

8. Experience Dubai On the south-eastern tip of the Arabian Peninsula lies an exotic collection of kingdoms that make up the United Arab Emirates, best known among the seven is Dubai. Dubai is extravagant in every way and is a city where the dynamics are always transient and ever-changing with its constant urge to construct something bigger and better than the previous. The contrasts here are breath-taking, with jaw-dropping skyscrapers, glitzy hotels and many other luxurious off erings. Terms & Conditions Please read these booking conditions carefully CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT The guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will apply to services supplied by us except where they are acquired, or held out as being acquired for business purposes. your travel agent is advised of changes which occur after booking, your travel agent is able to contact you. $25 fee per amendment prior to fi nal payment and the issuing of the travel documents, and a $50 fee per amendment after travel documents have been issued. These fees are to cover administration and communication costs. It is the responsibility of your travel agent to advise you of the date of confi rmation. If your booking remains unpaid after the seven (7) day guarantee period it will be subject to currency fl uctuation, up to the time full payment is received by us. 14. HEALTH OR DISABILITY Some Suppliers may reserve the right to refuse to carry or accommodate people who because of a health condition or disability may require services or facilities to be provided in a special manner. You should check this with your travel agent. 1.4 We will endeavour to provide the most suitable travel arrangements to meet the particular requirements you make known to us. However, travel is an individual experience, and your preferences and opinions may vary from our own. For this reason, we cannot take responsibility for your individual satisfaction. 5.3 Events beyond our control, such as changes to the prices of aviation fuel or changes to the cost of services or facilities may result in the prices charged to you being different from those shown in the brochure. You should check all prices with your travel agent before making reservations, and before ticketing. 15. SERVICE SATISFACTION During your holiday, if you encounter any situation where the service supplied to you does not meet your satisfaction, please take the matter up with the Supplier immediately. Your contract for each service is with the Supplier. If this is not possible immediately, or if you are still dissatisfi ed, please contact your travel agent. Both we and your travel agent will endeavour to investigate on your behalf and to negotiate with the Supplier to resolve the matter as soon as possible, so that you continue to enjoy your journey. 2. SUPPLY OF TRAVEL, ENTERTAINMENT AND ACCOMMODATION SERVICES AND FACILITIES 2.1 When we make bookings with Suppliers, we are acting as a booking agent for such Supplier. 5.4 Prices may also be liable to variation between the time of booking and the date of departure due to events beyond our control. Due to unforeseen events we reserve the right to vary the price up to the time of your departure. 2.2 All travel, entertainment, and accommodation facilities or services are supplied directly to you by the Suppliers. We have no control over the facilities or services themselves, or the manner in which they are provided by the Suppliers. Therefore you should be aware of the following conditions: 6. LEGAL CLAIMS Any claims or legal action in connection with the provision of our services to you will be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any claim or legal action against the Suppliers is likely to be subject to the terms of your contract with them, and may be governed by the laws of other countries. • We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind which may arise from your use or consumption of, or inability to use or consume those facilities or services. • The provision of those facilities or services is subject to the terms and conditions of your contract with each Supplier. • Where for any reason, a Supplier is unable to provide particular facilities or services, then that Supplier may be entitled, under its contract with you, to substitute those services or facilities with comparable or equivalent facilities or services without incurring any liability to you. You should check your contract with each Supplier. 7. PAYMENT 7.1 A non-refundable deposit will be required by your travel agent and must be paid at the time of booking. This is in addition to any deposits imposed by Suppliers. • All facilities or services described by us are subject to availability from the Supplier. 7.2 A communication charge may be made for bookings requested less than 72 hours prior to departure. • We will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage relating to your baggage, personal possessions, health or welfare, or delays or travel disruptions unless these arise directly from the service we provide to you. 7.3 Final payment must be made in full before we can release travel documents (including tickets). 3. BUSINESS PURPOSES 8. CANCELLATION 8.1 If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must advise us in writing through your travel agent as soon as possible. You agree that where our services are acquired for business purposes, or where you hold yourself out as acquiring our services for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply to any supply of goods or services made under these conditions, and we will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage of any kind to you, including any consequential loss or damage however it may be caused. 8.2 If you cancel your booking or any part of your booking, we will impose a cancellation fee in respect of each person travelling under that booking. You must also pay all cancellation fees imposed by Suppliers and your travel agent. These cancellation fees are required to offset booking, communication, and administrative charges which have already been incurred by us, Suppliers and your travel agent. Cancellation fees imposed by Suppliers and travel agents are beyond our control and you should check with your travel agent regarding what cancellation fees may be applicable. 4.
