This report examines the performance indicators related to children with parental consent evaluated for special education services. Specifically, it focuses on Indicator 11 (the percentage of children evaluated within the state-established timeline) and Indicator 12 (the percentage of children referred by Part C before age 3, who are found eligible for Part B and have an IEP in place by their third birthday). Additionally, we analyze the accuracy of I-Suite Reports in a large district, emphasizing data entry precision and key learnings from 2009-10 about program requirements.
