  3. Discussion Questions • Are values important? Why or why not? • Where do you think people get their values? • What are some of the things you value? • Do you think it’s important to have friends that value the same things? Why or why not? • What are some of the long-term goals you wrote down?

  4. What is character? • Someone’s character is the attributes or features that make up and distinguish him/her as an individual. • Character can also be defined as a moral or ethical strength. • Examples of Character: -hard-worker -motivated -good sense of humor

  5. Page 6 Discussion Questions • Would a courageous person make a good firefighter? Why or why not? • What would some good careers be for someone who is a risk taker? • What are some other character traits, and what careers would be a good match for them?
