About Us I have over 10 years of business experience in camping vehicle rentals in Hawaii.  As the owner of Imua Camper  Company from 1999 to 2009, I recognized the great demand for an alternative to the standard ‘resort and rental car’ style of vacation and found a nice niche with more adventurous travelers by offering Volkswagen camper vans as rentals.  Unfortunately, with those vehicles no longer in production, the age of the fleet was becoming too difficult to maintain while growing a small family, and I eventually sold the business to an energetic young fellow on the island of Oahu.
