Conclusiones • Intervención psicológica, específicamente la terapia cognitivo conductual (TCC), se ha defendido con firmeza para el tinnitus. • La base de pruebas para la TCC no es sólida, yprocede de estudios sobre un número reducido de con tinnitus. • El objetivo final de las intervenciones clínicas para el tinnitus debe ser la inhibición de la tinnitus, en lugarde mejora la sintomatología asociada.
