  7. Risk 5 Insufficient funds to meet Center operations in the short and medium term

  8. Risk 6 Inadequate financing of restricted project costs

  9. Risk 7 Significant over expenditures

  10. Risk 8 Managing geographical decentralization in terms of research integrity, financial and operational integrity, human resources

  11. Summary of changes implemented • Risk likelihood of four risks changed to “medium” • Risk likelihood of one risk changed to “low” • Two news risks included with “low” risk likelihood

  12. Inclusion of two new risks • Based on the CGIAR reform (Fund Council and Consortium Board operations)
