Analysis of cGvHD Patient Samples: A Case-Control Study on Sensitivity and Specificity

This study investigates the sample size and efficacy of cGvHD patient cases compared to controls, with a sample size of 98 (cases) and 598 (controls). The results yield an AUC value of 0.56–0.80, indicating moderate diagnostic performance. The standard error is 0.03–0.60 with a 95% confidence interval ranging from 0.52 to 0.59. Sensitivity is measured at 40%, with a significance level of P = 0.059. Sensitivity and specificity rates are 59.2% and 57.2%, respectively, suggesting further exploration is needed to improve diagnostic accuracy.
