  3. Estonia and STRO • In 2000 The Scandinavian Tire & Rim Organisation meeting in Tallinn • STRO Tyre and Rim databook is essential on every tyreman table. • Common problems. 3 most significant: • Recycling • E-marking for retreaded tyres • Tyres with or without studs
