Enhancing Cost-Effectiveness in Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) Management Strategies

This work discusses strategies to improve cost-effectiveness in the management of Acute Kidney Injury (AKI). It emphasizes the evaluation of clinical biomarkers, decision tree analysis, and comparative effectiveness research (CER) in optimizing treatment outcomes. By incorporating novel biomarkers and applying evidence-based approaches, we can reduce mortality and improve recovery rates for AKI patients, especially in cases involving cardiorenal syndrome and end-stage renal disease (ESRD). The findings aim to enhance patient care while minimizing healthcare costs.
