It is sent to the supervisor that is identified for the employee in the HRMN system If the supervisor does not have a valid email address the system will forward email notifications to their agency’s HR office Click the Next button Back Next

Goes to HR If the performance review has an Overall Unsatisfactory rating the performance process will be suspended in the system and must be handled in conjunction with the agency’s HR office.
