  2. Hygienic Vessel Manufacturing Infrastructure "Hypro" has one of the modern infrastructure to its credit which helps it build high quality tanks under one roof. All machineries for tank manufacturing are in-house which ensures smooth production at every stage right from pressing to rolling to welding to finishing. All stainless steel materials are handled with care by our experienced manufacturing team who have been building Unitanks for over a decade now. All the machinery needed to handle large volume tanks BUT with low thicknesses are in place to facilitate manufacturing to the standards. Unitanks can be designed as per ASME, AS, PD, AD or IS. Manholes and top plates Hypro has customised manhole designs for top and bottom and makes way for easy handling during production. The design facilitates ease of cleaning to maintain good surfaces year after year. Breweries - Unitanks, Yeast Vessels, Storage, Bright Beer Tanks & CIP Tanks Hypro designs, manufactures Unitanks and complete cellar systems confirming to latest industry standards. The Unitanks are manufactured upto 3000 HL in one piece in the factory for customers where roads do not limit the transport. For Breweries where road transport is a limitation "Hypro" has a on-site solution to be offered. Tank components are assembled on site to make a complete tank. Hypro has capability to build Unitanks upto 5000 hl volume on site. Having built over 150 Unitanks since the last decade "Hypro" name adds reliability to the system. Hypro extends upto 5 years manufacturer's guarantee for the Unitanks, which speaks of confidence and assures customer peace of mind. Internal Surface finish The most important aspect during manufacturing of the Unitanks. To ensure constant surface finish all over "Hypro" has automatic polishing machines which can handle shells, formed dished ends, conical ends. Internal and external polishing can be done with the machines which ensures smooth surfaces and good aesthetics.

  3. Platforms / Walkways Platforms come in components which can be easily bolted on site and no welding is necessary for assembly. As an option "Hypro" also offers platforms in Stainless Steel material which nearly eliminates mild steel or galvanised steel materials. Cellar Process & Utility Piping Cellar process piping which meets "Hygienic" standards is another area where "Hypro" delivers. The piping is not just designed to but is also executed to hygienic standards making the operation over years easier for the brewery from operation & CIP aspect. As a standard "Hypro" uses stainless steel material for piping of utilities likes glycol or alcohol water. Mild steel material is avoided although it has cost advantage. Quality Strict Quality control from raw material stage to final product is impervious for any industry and "Hypro" is no exception to this. Material is sourced from leading European mills with an assurance of the material chemical composition and physical properties. Low carbon aspect is the spec which is essential for hygienic industry and there is no room for any deviation. Manufacturing, In process reporting and evaluation of every vessel manufactured in "Hypro" adds comfort not only to "Hypro" as a company internally But also ensures reliability for the end customer. NDT's, WPS, PQR, WPS, pressure tests are a regular for all vessels and traceability is assured with vigilance from QC department. Tank Top Fittings Tank tops come with reliable safety equipments from European suppliers. For cleaning of the tanks as a standard "Hypro" recommends tank cleaning machines which are heavy on first investment however they pay back with water savings in due course. Cladding As a standard "Hypro" always manufactures tanks with welded cladding for bottom cone and top dish which in the end serves for longer life of insulation and better aesthetics.

  5. Automation & Control Process parameters are controlled through PLC-SCADA which facilitates data logging, history, recipe management & trends. Selection of reliable suppliers of instruments is a key to good process monitoring and "Hypro" is very focussed on this aspect. A controller can control a process IF & Only IF a good accurate sensor can measure the process parameter hours after hours. If the sensor has a big drift the controller is of no use. The automation system is well thought and selected right from sensors, controllers and final control elements. In Process data Management For the convenience of the Brew master "Hypro" has introduced "FERMAT" which is a data management software tool. This enables the brew master to compare trends and parameters of various fermentation batches with essential lab observations well documented and tabulated. For instance batch number "X" had a gravity "Y" after 36 hours, and can be compared with other batches of the brand "Z". VDK's, Gravity, Temperatures are some of the parameters which the software stores and produces in format convenient to the Brewer. Almost every recognised Indian brands & International brand of beer brewed in India are fermented in "Hypro" Unitanks at one location or other. Hypro has installed Unitanks also in other parts of Asia and Africa. On - Site Manufacturing "Hypro" also has a on -site solution to be offered. Hypro can offer on site manufacturing for tanks upto 5000 HL. Hypro has already manufactured tanks of 3000 HL on site. Prefabricated surfaced finished top dished ends, bottom cone are sent to site. Surface finished shell material is sent to site on which preformed jackets are welded. On site rolling of shell is done and assembly on the entire tank. Weld joints are then finished on site by a team equipped with polishing machineries. Complete set of tools, tackles, machines are sent to site for fabrication and the job is completed. No compromise is made on the surface finish and a tank if produced which is as good when manufactured at works.
