  2. CAUSES OF POLLEN ALLERGY Tree Pollen: Oak, birch, cedar (spring). Grass Pollen: Ryegrass, Bermuda grass (late spring, summer). Weed Pollen: Ragweed, nettle, sagebrush (late summer, fall). Seasonal Variation: Different plants release pollen in different seasons.

  3. SYMPTOMS OF POLLEN ALLERGY Sneezing & Nasal Congestion – Blocked or stuffy nose. Runny Nose & Watery Eyes – Excess mucus and eye irritation. Itchy Throat, Eyes & Ears – Persistent irritation. Coughing & Wheezing – Breathing discomfort. Fatigue – Poor sleep due to symptoms.
