Application Success Levelpro 100 Submersible Level Sensor + Junction Box BULK CHEMICAL LEVEL APPLICATION Remote Monitoring Local Display When an international bulk chemical provider was looking for a reliable Liquid level transmitter that would perform flawlessly on all their chemical tanks they turned to Icon Process Controls. Chemicals such as HCL, Sulphuric, Nitric, Sodium Hypo and Sodium Hydroxide are corrosive and hazardous. When filling a tank reliability if essential, spills are costly and dangerous. The Levelpro submersible level sensor was selected at the best instrument for this application. They are loop powered and provide a 4-20mA output signal. They are not affected by foam, turbulence, vapors or condensate, and are considerably less expensive than radar. The chemical resistant PVC, PP, PVDF, 316SS bodies coupled with Teflon jacketed cable and Kalrez O-rings make the 100 series level sensors an excellent choice for corrosive liquid applications.
