The story so far… • WG activesince March 2012  follow-up from WG “Multisectoral AIDS Response” • 55 membersfrom 18 countries + Germany (HQ) , selectedconsultants • Majority of membersactive in SRHR//HIV relatedprogramming • WG setup: 2 co-speakers, 4 subgroupleaders •  topics: linkingSRHR/HIV, BCC, GFATM, resultchainfor HIV programmes

Achievements of the WG 2012-2014 • Most results of work plan achieved, e.g. • Survey on linkages in programmes with SRH and HIV components • Short guidance (Arbeitshilfe) on how to link SRH and HIV • Project ideas for portfolio extension to link bi- and multilateral cooperation on GFATM • Increased use of online media for exchange: presentations and discussions •  Enabled increased and regular participation across countries, cost savings on separate WG meeting • Cooperation with other Working Groups on SRHR/HIV, e.g. SN Asia and HQ •  Joint activities and joint work plan

  4. What’s hot at the moment… • High personnel turnover impacting negatively on active membership, little participation in some of the sub-working groups • Several potential topics for exchange especially on lessons learned in implementing certain tools, approaches, processes • Strong focus on Linking SRHR/HIV, BCC and GFATM • Size of the group and multiple topics does not necessarily allow for face-to-face meetings

  5. What the future will bring… • Review of WG setup, hot topics, utilization of WG results and workplan • Election of new WG speakers • Presentation and discussion on products on linking SRHR/HIV • Joint WG session on Employee Wellbeing Programming and cost-benefit tools
