  2. Athena Parthenos or Minerva are the name that referred to Pallas Athena.

  3. Athena is the goddess of wisdom, civilization, warefare, strength, strategy, female arts, crafts, justice and skill.

  4. She born from the head of Zeus, fully-grown and arrayed in arms

  5. Family members Zeus(Father) Metis(Mother) Erichthonius(Son/Daughther) Hermes(Brother) Aphrodite(Sister)

  6. She wear a crowned with a crested helm, arm with shield and spear.

  7. Athena powers-a superhuman                             strength.                          -immortal                          -fly at a great speed                          -change her size or                            form her appear                          -make herself invisible                            from mortal eyesight

  8. Athena also can-create illusory                          images                       -control shape and                          form of objects or                          people

  9. Animal Symbols - owl (wisdom)  -dove (victory)

  10. Athena competed with Poseidon to be the patron deity of Athens.

  11. Medusa lay with Poseidon in the temple of Athena and Hephasteus. So Athena curse on her.
