TROUBLESHOOT RESOLVE PAPER JAM ERROR CODES IN CANON MX922 PRINTER STEP 1 STEP 2 Turn off the Printer by plugging out the electrical cable from the socket.Now check the carriage if it can slide without any hesitation. Make Sure Carriage will move to the right side of the printer. Now take out the ink cartridges carefully and also take out the papers from the tray.Now remove the Duplexor from the inside of the Canon MX922 and rotate the rollers up to three times. STEP 3 STEP 4 Now Place the Duplexor inside the printer and start reinserting the cartridges again.Turn Printer again by inserting the plug main cable to the electrical socket. Now See the touch display of the printer and check whether paper jam error has been removed or not. If the error is not removed then again turn off the printer. on the STEP 5 STEP 6 Open the upper tray of the printer and raise the paper output cover.Remove the papers that are present at the front end of the tray sheets.Search for the jammed sheets inside the ink cartridge holder and take them out. Now Close the output paper cover and reload new paper sheets on the tray.Test a Print page and check whether the issue for paper jam error code has been resolved or not.
