Company Profile • Date of establishment • NCC Medical was established in 1997. • Number of employees • At present, NCC Medical has total 300 employees, and 120 of them are R&D members. • Patents and Certification that NCC Medical has awarded • NCC Medical was awarded as a outstanding high-tech enterprise in Shanghai. And owned national patents for wireless Bluetooth EEG. EMG and Monitor system were awarded “Shanghai New Key Product” and “independent innovation product”. • Research-and-Development Capabilities • 80 professional members in our R&D team to offer technical support and after sales service.

History of Development • In 1997, NCC Medical was established in Shanghai, and focused on developing the electrophysiological diagnostic and rehabilitation equipments in China. • In 2003, NCC Medical owned national patents for wireless Bluetooth EEG, and wireless Bluetooth EEG have released in both domestic and abroad market. • In 2005, Fiber Optical EMG/EP was developed well, and have released in both domestic and abroad market. • In 2008, Monitor system was developed well, and have released in both domestic and abroad market. • In 2009, EMG and Monitor system were awarded “Shanghai New Key Product” and “independent innovation product”. • In 2010, NCC Medical was awarded as a outstanding high-tech enterprise in Shanghai. • In 2010, NCC Medical founded Shanghai Strategic Innovation Alliance of Electrophysiology and Rehabilitation Technology (SIAER). • In 2011, NCC Medical achieved CE Certification of EEG and EMGEP Systems.

Business Cooperation Modes ● Original brand manufacturer(OBM) business To be a dealer or exclusive distributor in appointed area for the present electrophysiological diagnostic and Rehabilitation equipments produced by NCC Medical; Distributor will get favorable price, quality assurance, market protection and technique support from original brand manufacturer(NCC Medical) for this kind of cooperation. ● Original equipment manufacturer (OEM ) business NCC Medical will provide trading company, software development company or medical equipment manufacturer with OEM service as following: label change, Package change, logo and company name modification on both hardware and software; open new mold; color change or button changes on the enclosure, etc. NCC Medical also can provide hard driver and data protocol to make our hardware compatible with the software of software development company.

Business Cooperation Modes ● Original design manufacturer (ODM) business Cooperate to develop new products according to customer’s specification requirement, NCC Medical will take customer’s new idea into reality through design, development, prototyping, field evaluation and manufacturing under reasonable cost control. ● Cooperate to establish factory locally (PCB cooperation) NCC Medical will provide semi-disassembled components and spare parts, or provide completely disassembled components and spare parts, all the parts should be assembled and labeled at customer’s side. Customers can purchase tailor-make enclosure, cables and sensors locally; customers can go through testing and quality evaluation for the finished products with the support of NCC Medical.

Price Policy • In 2014 NCC Medical presents a lot of changes for price policy, in order to establish cooperation with partners on OEM/ODM basis, and decrease our producing cost to provide mutual benefits. We decrease our basic offer sharply for all of our product (EEG, EMG and Rehabilitation units), and all of our buyers will share big gain if purchase quantity is large. • In general, our Price Policy adjust in 2014 will be a good chance for buyers international, and it‘s really beneficial to mutual sides.
