Deadlines: BESP • 01.02 – 10.03 – receiving 5 application forms from each country rep (social@rotaracteurope.org); • 10.03 – 25.03 – selection of the best 25 applications; • 26.03 – 10.04 – selection of the top 5 finalists; • 11.04 – 25.04 – voting for 3 finalists of BESP award; • 26.03 – 30.04 – contacting three finalists to make sure they are represented in Moscow for the award part. • 26.05 – award ceremony during EUCO in Moscow

Deadlines: TCA • 01.02 – 10.03 – receiving application forms from country reps (social@rotaracteurope.org); • 10.03 – 10.04 - selection of the top 5 finalists; • 11.04 – 25.04 – voting for winner of TCA award (two Clubs) • 26.03 – 30.04 – contacting the winners (TCA) to make sure they are represented in Moscow for the award part. • 26.05 – award ceremony during EUCO in Moscow

  7. Application Forms Date: February 1st 2012 – all Country Reps receive forms to spread among Rotaract Clubs; Structure: Application forms are based on last year templates with a few updates; Photos: Each application form MUST be accompanied with 3 photos from the project;

  12. Award Ceremony: Oscar style Project Presentation of each finalist is shown during Gala Dinner in Moscow (Power Point, Video, Speech) Winner is announced ONLY during Gala Dinner in Moscow – it will stay a secret till the last moment
