  1. The Problem (Opportunity)Problems▪ Low family income.▪ Dearness is increasing day by day, putting lot of pressure on family budget.▪ Financial pressure is being found at a very long in the country.▪ Financial pressure is adversely effecting family life, education of children and psychology of people.

  2. Theory of Change▪ Economy greatly effects sociology if the women start earning along with their husbands, father or brother etc. They will share the economic burden thus relieving financial pressure to some extent. Literate/ illiterate/semi literate ladies will be trained to learn stitching/tailoring. ▪ Good economy of families will ultimately result with a good impact on social life of the country.

  3. The Solution▪ Govt. Institutions, NGO’S etc.▪ Govt. Institutions, NGO’S etc. and also our competitors.▪ This project will be started with collaboration of system foundation F.C.C.I. and Arzoo Textile Mills Faisalabad.(i) System foundation will work as mobilizer and will provide the learners/trainees.

  4. (ii) FCCI (Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Will Work and Develop the Syllabus in consultation with its members for this Project(iii) Arzoo Textile Mills is one of the largest Mills in Faisalabad, will provide on job training and employment to the skilled pass out ladies.(iv) GVTIW, Faisalabad will provide the training faculty and venue for the training.

  5. Social Impact▪ To turn the idol unskilled ladies with the earning hands. ▪ Family income will be increased. ▪ Positive social change in the society through per capita income increase from employment/self employment of the females.

  6. Financial Summary▪ Furniture/class room etc will be provided by the GVTIW, Faisalabad. ▪ Revolving amount provided by the Youth Engagement Services(Yes) Network Pakistan i.e. Rs.60,000/- will work as seed money, a fee of Rs. 10 – 300/- will be charged from the learners/trainees. ▪ Gradually the project will become self sustained.

  8. Enterprise Challenge▪ The challenge will help a lot in developing the ideas for starting social entrepreneurial projects. This will also provide them the awareness of community work.
