  1. Broaden Your Horizon As a graduate student as well as a future diversity specialist, I believe that diversity in the classroom means understanding differences in a global society where every child counts. I will therefore broaden my horizon to sustain my philosophical thinking. Will you broaden your horizon? I will continue to broaden my horizon towardsconducting Academic and Cultural Enrichment Training Programs locally, statewide and nationally in Early Childhood Education. Theseprograms will be incorporated inthe Multiethnic Education Training Program, along with theEarly Childhood Conference and Workshops for Professional Educators and Trainers who are interested in training others.

  2. Multiethnic Classroom Environment Our world is full of different types of people and we are therefore embraced with a multiethnic classroom environment, particularly in the United States of America. As a result it is therefore critical that teachers educate themselves in a broad range of trainings that incorporate the Multiethnic Education Program. Since, it is very important for children to understand thatpeople are different and these differences should be understood and appreciated.

  3. The Multiethnic EducationTraining Program This type of program will certainly equip teachers to be more diversified in the classroom.

  4. Diversity Training Content Analysis The content analysis of my diversity training program will focus on topics that incorporate the skills and resources that integrate activities and materials for specifically biracial and multiethnic children's needs, concerns, and challenges.
