Registration • Registration fee: • 450 Euros/person in a double room • 590 Euros in a single room • Registration fee includes • Accommodation (5 nights) • Unlimited food and drinks • Antalya Airport to/from Hotel transfers • 2 coffee breaks per day • Wednesday afternoon trip to historical sites

Budget • Registration fees used up for the hotel, transportation, social event, lecture room costs • IT Society support: 21K USD ≈ 15k Euros • Speaker travel: 5.000 € (estimated) • Organizer Travel: 2.400 € (estimated) • Room cost for lecturers: 3.600 € • Room cost for organizers: 1.800 € • Speaker Dinner: 400 € (estimated) • Other (car rental, video, pictures, etc.): 1.800 € (estimated) • Some travel costs may be covered by organizers/speakers. Remaining funds to be used for future IEEE student events or returned.
