  1. Enterprise COllaboration & INteroperability Running Meeting Process ProcessMaker models at CP

  2. Log in to CP • http://demos.txt.it:8056/web/poyry/poyry-collaborative-tools • Enteryour CP credentials

  3. Log in to ProcessMaker Enter your ProcessMaker credentials.

  4. Run model (start case) From ”Cases” tab, click new case + symbol.

  5. Start meeting process Select ”Meeting Process” model and click ”Start” button.

  6. Run first task Create agenda f.e. with GoogleDocs and fill in agenda name and link to it. Finish by clicking ”Continue” button.

  7. Assign next task ProcessMaker asks who will perform next task ”Selection of participants”. Select yourself and click ”Continue” button.

  8. Go to next task ProcessMaker task list shows open tasks, click ”Open” link to go to next task.

  9. Continue meeting process • Rest of the tasks go same way

  10. Browse meeting processes In start case phase, select ”Meeting Process Browser” model and click ”Start” button.

  11. Browser opens
