Open Share Group Leaders • Recovery from – hurt, habit, hang up they are facilitating • 1 year recovery • Leadership training • 12 step completion. Recommended for Effective Meetings
Teacher: 1 year of recovery, knows Bible, has time to prepare • Must at least do acrostic • A lot of CR lessons are on YouTube • Balance – sermon vs lesson (know your audience) • Not everyone can teach • Find and use your gifted communicators Lessons
