Challenges • It’s hard work, and requires a lot of directing • Complex people orientated business • Marginally financially viable • Current economic situation • Increased demand probable (increased population, holidays at home, demographics) • Significantly increased running costs • Maintaining Board enthusiasm • The value is obvious but cannot be measured using £’s
