GUARDIAN ANGELS 2014 FALL FESTIVAL October 10, 11 & 12 Something for Everyone to Help with!! “SETUP” Helping Hands are Needed and Appreciated Tuesday October 7 @ 5pm Wednesday October 8 @ 9am Thursday October 9 @ 9am Friday October 10 @ 9am “TEARDOWN” Monday October 13 @ 9am DONATIONS NEEDED: 2-Liter Bottles of Soda - for the Ring Toss Game New Auction Items - in original packaging ----- they can be brought to the Rectory ----- call Viki Wong (258-5724) Un-smashed Aluminum Cans - for the Can Smash ----- deposit in the bin in the west parking lot Bakery Booth - Cakes, Cookies, Pies, Breads, etc. ----- Bring baked goods the weekend of the Festival “THINGS TO DO” The Sign-up Board is in the East parking lot. Please Volunteer to Manage or Work a Booth!!
