All Inter-Agency Talkgroups are for Inter-Agency use, and are not for use within one Agency and only when working with State Agencies. SLERS Partners have Inter-Local (IL) Talkgroups that are for their exclusive use. They are geographically aligned with the State’s IA-XXX-1 and 2. Each Agency has a radio call sign prefix that must be transmitted prior to their call sign. This eliminates FWC 201 from being confused with FHP 201, for example. Here are some of the more common.
