Addressing Africa's Food Crisis: Challenges and Solutions

Africa faces critical challenges in feeding its population, with 39.7% living below the World Health Organization's poverty line. Malnutrition affects 30% of the continent, leaving 203 million people in Sub-Saharan Africa lacking essential nutrients necessary for health. Political conflict and historical issues exacerbate hunger, with 265 million people affected. Unlike India, Africa has not experienced an agricultural revolution. Tackling the root causes of hunger, such as poverty and political strife, is vital for sustainable solutions.
