  2. Login window Open an account

  3. What is type of your FI?

  4. Select one of the following:

  5. Assuming the first type has been selected

  6. 2 questions should be answered to retrieve your forgotten password

  7. Insert a password

  8. Then you will get a FATCA ID as follows:

  9. Proceed to fill data according to the selected FI (a single FI)

  10. Insert FI name

  11. Indicate origin of FI and type of the agreement concluded with IRS (Model 2 has been selected)

  12. Insert your FI address

  13. Indicate whether FI entered into an agreement with IRS

  14. Indicate whether FI has branches abroad

  15. Indicate your point of contact (POC)

  16. Indicate further point of contact (optional) Then the following window appears:

  17. Approve correctness of the insert dataIRS will send your POC an email enclosed GIIN (Global Intermediary Identification Number)
