Benefits of Fellow Programme in Management Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) is a doctoral program that offers insight into various fields of business management and its various functional areas. It is equivalent to the PhD programs offered by the IIMs of India. The program primarily prepares a student for a career as a faculty member and for lucrative positions outside academics that require advanced research and analytical capabilities. About Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) FPM is a four-year educational program designed to build on the research and teaching skills of an individual. The four years of the doctoral program are divided into two stages. In the first stage, the students are trained about the basic methodology of management required for building a solid base for the thesis. In the second stage, the student chooses a topic of their interest in preparing their thesis. Each student is then placed under the guidance of a faculty member or advisory committee.
