Detailed outline of my idea… • One of my ideas for the opening sequence, is for it to be about a game master who is controlling 5 people who have escaped a mental asylum whilst they are in an escape room. However teach room is filled with one weapon that will make one of the patients go crazy… there are 5 rooms and 5 patients. It is a social experiment to see whether mental conditions are accurate or whether a lot of it is placebo and made up in our heads. In the opening sequence of this I would like a close up shot of the games masters head and then it zooms out completely and fades into these 5 patients in the escape rooms. I would then want close ups of each of the players/patients eyes and then for it to fade out with silence, and then suddenly there is a clash and a knife covered in blood is dropped from the ceiling and all then for the opening sequence to end with the patients launching themselves and this knife, and with a close up of each of the hands on this knife…
A brief outline of the whole film… • It is all about an escape room • There is 5 asylum patients in this escape room • The game master is an ex asylum patient himself • Its all to do with whether mental issues is real and whether it is placebo or fake. • To test this they are put through a series of rooms trapped with their biggest fears and things that triggers them to go crazy. • It would result with only one surviving and that character would of realized his mental issues were never there, and it was all in his head. • Then the ending would be a plot twist and show that actually the mental asylum was never an asylum and that it was just a lab for people to experiment on.
