This study investigates the expressions of wild type eRF3b and its mutants (F66A/F75A) alongside eRF3a in cellular contexts. Using Western Blotting (WB), we quantify protein levels tagged with Myc (5xMyc) for eRF3b and eRF3a. We aim to compare relative protein quantification against GAPDH as a loading control, examining molecular weights around 89 kDa for eRF3 proteins. The results provide insight into how mutations affect expression and functionality of these release factors in cellular environments.
