RHUC RUN 12 TIME MEETING 2/7/2012 CRYOGENICS. 2/4/2012 failure 1. Cryo PLC at 4 O’clock program hung up. Programmer had to come in and reload program. Was not able to download remotely. Program was lost and had to be reloaded on site. 2/5/2012 failure 2.

  2. 2/4/2012 failure 1 • Cryo PLC at 4 O’clock program hung up. Programmer had to come in and reload program. Was not able to download remotely. Program was lost and had to be reloaded on site.

  3. 2/5/2012 failure 2 • Analog output card in PLC at 8 O’clock failed. Technician had to come in and replace card. Analog output card failed and had to be replaced. Subsequently failure 3 occurred while tech is on site.

  4. 2/5/2012 failure 3 • One Flow signal in rack at 8 O’clock failed. Technician was already here from failure 2 and replaced card. Flow controller card failed and had to be replaced. Bucket has wiring issues due to age. We are presently installing new system to replace these aging buckets. See next slide.

  5. New Corrector lead flow meters(Thermistor) System • This system is going in every shutdown to replace old units but we are manpower limited and cannot do all racks around ring. New Thermistor/flow system replacing older system.
