Tamworth Cricket Club Chairman’s Report • Disappointments on the field balanced by overall atmosphere and attitude around the club • There is a need to increase the spread of responsibility for the health of the club • Our profile in the local community continues to receive positive encouragement • Cricketforce and Chance 2 Shine • A refocus of the Junior section on field activities is starting to bear fruit • 2011 is an important year as we address the senior playing capability and seek promotion • Our continued development will require an increase in volunteers to deliver the potential within the club

Tamworth Cricket Club Treasurers Report • Overall a satisfactory year • Income in line with 2009 • Expenditure increased by 10% • Net surplus into club funds £11.5k • Significant events • £10k Appeal had a significant impact in 2009 • Reduction in Profitability on Marquee events • Reduced ticket prices • Fewer Sponsored tables • Complacancy • Loss of schools coaching income • Increase in coaching costs • Repairs to main mower • CASC income

Tamworth Cricket Club 2011 Outlook – 40 years of Sport at Hints Road • Make 2011 a celebration • Senior cricket • Back to winning ways, continue to add strength to our 1st XI squad • Ensure we push for Promotion in all leagues where this can be achieved • Maintain our on field standards • Improve our match preparation • Junior Cricket • Increase the transfer rate from C2S to Club • Establish Girls cricket team • Improve quality of delivery • One age group to win a trophy
