Tamworth Cricket Club Chairman’s Report • Disappointments on the field balanced by overall atmosphere and attitude around the club • There is a need to increase the spread of responsibility for the health of the club • Our profile in the local community continues to receive positive encouragement • Cricketforce and Chance 2 Shine • A refocus of the Junior section on field activities is starting to bear fruit • 2011 is an important year as we address the senior playing capability and seek promotion • Our continued development will require an increase in volunteers to deliver the potential within the club
