Export Management • One of ourmain business linesconsists of providingconsultingservices in theinternational sales area of ourclients’ companies. • Therefore, weprovide global solutionservicessuch as Sales & Marketing Management forthe Export structure of a client’sproducts and services. • Ourworking formula isbasedonunderstandingtheneeds and conditions in whichourclientshave to developetheirproject in a specificinternationalmarket. • And therefore, definigthetoolsthat are necessaryfortheimplementation of their sales strategy in foreignmarketswhichthey are interested in. • Marketing & Communication Area: Weanalizethemarketsourclients are interested in. Furtheron, wedesign a Communication and Marketing Strategy to beimplementatedbasedonthetipe of productorservice. • Sales Area: We are in charge of the complete sales process, startingfromsurveys and initialpromotions up to theclosing of thedeals. Export Management • WorkingProcedure(2/2) • 3- Meetings and Monitoring: • Basedonthe formulas appliedconcerningthemonitoringactions, periodicallywepassontheinformation of thedeveloment of theclients’ sales to theManaging Director, in order to valuatethe sales progress and itscomponents. • 4- AdministrationAdecuacy: • Ourservicesinclude a 100% control of the sales process and thedeliveringprocess of thefreightorproducts at the final destination. • The tracking of thelogisticprocessisanother of ourmainaddvalues. • We are in charge of the complete tracking process up to the final inspection and the final client’sappval and thepaymentprocess. • Welikevisiting and workingfromourclient’soffices, in order to createanintegrationwiththeclient’scompanyfilosophy.
