  4. But what exactly is sustainable development? Visit http://www.un-documents.net/ocf-02.htm and read paragraphs 1-15. The three common areas of sustainability that occur are ‘social’, ‘economic’ and ‘environmental’ sustainability.

  7. Choose a city in either a LIC or HIC nation. Create a note table to outline specifically how this city has attempted to meet sustainable development, according to the definitions and models you have considered in today’s lesson. The best examples will include data and statistics, named examples and locational detail, and will meet all areas that fall under ‘sustainable development’.
