  2. Points to remember • VLE will have to ensure that he cannot collect bills after due date. • If VLE make any kind of error in entering the above entries then he himself will be responsible and the bill will not be submitted. • Bill of other Subdivision should not be accepted from customer by VLE & if he do so then bill will not be acceptable and in addition penalty may be deducted from the working capital of VLE. • VLE will make sure that he/she will submit the MIS report to the concerned Sub-Division. • Before starting the bill collection through LMK VLEs will have to go and meet the concerned SDO of HPSEB.

  4. Step-2: Get registered for HPSEB Click here to get first time registered for the HPSEB service

  5. Step-3: Get registered for HPSEB Fill correct mobile no. because as your service get activated you will get your ID and password by SMS on this mobile no. Fill correct Division and Sub Division after confirming it from SDO (Sub Division Officer).

  6. Step-4: Get Password for HPSEB Service If due to some technical reason, you do not get your ID and password through SMS then click on this link to get your ID and password for HPSEB Service

  7. Step-5: Get Password for HPSEB Service Enter here your VLE Password to get your HPSEB Service HPSEB VLE ID and Password This counter number is your VLE ID for HPSEB Service

  8. Step-6: View Sample Electricity Bill Click here to view sample electricity bill

  9. Step-7: Submit Bill Click here to submit bill

  10. Step-8: Login for Bill Submission Enter VLE ID(Counter Number) and HPSEB Service Password

  11. Step-9: Select type of Bill Collection • HPSEB Online Bill Collection VLEs of Khalini, Jutogh, Dhalli, Junga, Mashobra, Ridge, ChhotaShimla, Sanjauli, Boileauganj Sub-Divisions will collect bill online and others will collect offline • HPSEB Offline Bill Collection

  12. Step-10: Submit Bill Note that, your subdivision should come under the names given in red font Click here to submit bill online

  14. Step-11: HPSEB Online Bill Collection Press Get Details Button to get all information automatically Enter KNo which you will get from Electricity Bill

  15. Step-11: HPSEB Online Bill Collection Bill Type (Commercial /Domestic) should be correctly selected Press Save Button to submit Bill

  16. Step-12: HPSEB Online Bill Collection • Bill Payment Due Date should be correct • If you get a Successful message means your Bill is Submitted and a SMS is sent to Customer with the receipt No.

  17. Step-13: HPSEB Online Bill Collection • Click Print Button to Print Bill receipt

  18. Step-10: Submit Bill Click here to submit bill Offline

  20. Step-11: HPSEB Offline Bill Collection Enter all details and take care Bill amount, SOP, Account No., Customer Name and ED are entered rightly as they are mandatory

  21. Step-11: HPSEB Offline Bill Collection • After filling all details press save button

  22. Step-12: HPSEB Offline Bill Collection • If you get a Successful message means your Bill is Submitted and a SMS is sent to Customer with the receipt No.

  23. Step-13: HPSEB Offline Bill Collection • Click Print Button to Print Bill receipt
