  8. What? So what? Now what? Reflect and encourage others to talk in a developmental, proactive direction (‘To think we had the experience … yet missed the meaning’) Fellow….

  9. Surveillance …. Surveillance helps! Try to know what good practice exists within and beyond your university and be a broker to the source Fellows…

  10. Have a plan Have a plan (so you can reflect on progress and impact, achievements and challenges) It is rewarding and also aids demonstration of Fellowship activities …. It garners credibility Fellowsh..

  11. Inspire …. Inspire by showing and telling with honesty, humility and real examples (people are wary of ‘Flash Champions’) Fellowshi.

  12. Persevere ….. Persevere and remember that doing things better and doing better things is at the heart of any Learning and Teaching Fellowship that really makes a difference to students! Fellowship
