  1. DOS AND DON'TS BEFORE AND AFTER MICRONEEDLING TREATMENT

  2. 1. DO CONSULT Schedule a consultation with a qualified skincare professional or dermatologist and follow any post-treatment instructions provided by the experts.

  3. 2. DO PREPARE SKIN Maintain a healthy skincare routine leading up to the procedure and avoid applying makeup or any potentially irritating products immediately after microneedling treatment.

  4. 3. DO STAY HYDRATED Ensure one's skin is well- hydrated in the days leading up to the procedure, so drink plenty of water to support your body's natural healing processes.

  5. 4. DON'T USE PRODUCTS Sidestep using retinoids or other exfoliating products for a few days before the treatment and refrain from using harsh or abrasive skincare products for a specified period post- microneedling.

  6. 5. DON'T ENGAGE Forbear from engaging in activities that might irritate one's skin and detour strenuous activities and excessive sweating for at least 24-48 hours after the process.
